With just two Saturdays to go (December 14 & 21) before Christmas, the West End and Robson Street Business Improvement Associations have teamed up for a unique holiday experience aboard a free trolley that not only highlights the amazing work of St. Paul’s Hospital, but highlights the shopping and dining options found in the West End.

Running at 10 minute intervals from 4:30pm to 9:30pm each Saturday, three trolleys will take passengers on an animated hop on/hop off tour of historic trolley routes along Davie, Denman, Robson and Burrard Streets. Decorative lighting displays will be set up around the way for passengers to enjoy as part of their holiday experience and organizers even tell us there is a possibility of a few West End “personalities” who might just sashay by or a sing a tune or two.

The event is also a fundraiser for the St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation’s Lights of Hope, an annual fundraising campaign to support St. Paul’s Hospital. Donations help support the hospital’s greatest needs, enabling them to meet urgent needs for equipment, research and enhanced patient care, when and where they arise.
