XY Factor

Tuesdays is the XY Factor (Sep 22) as contestants vie for a $1,000 cash prize. Eight weeks of competition culminate into one grand finale night where the winner will walk away with $1000 cash, featuring special guest judges every week.

Daryl Shuttleworth and Lucia Frangione star in the Canadian premiere of Sharr White’s Annapurna (Sep 26-Oct 10). A story of love and forgiveness, Annapurna tells the story of the cowboy-poet Ulysses who becomes terminally ill and is reunited with his estranged wife for a final reckoning. Their reunion, charged by rage and compassion, brings back the worst and best of their former bond.

The Awesome Race helps raise funds for A Loving Spoonful

The Awesome Race (Sep 27) returns in support of A Loving Spoonful. Similar to the television show, The Amazing Race, teams of two undertake fun challenges around Metro Vancouver while helping to raise much needed funds to support important programs and services to improve the lives of those living with HIV/AIDS.
