In gay Vancouver this week: Bette, scholars and gay men

This week in (gay) Vancouver we welcome Bette, say congrats to some winners and watch as the Vancouver Men’s Chorus celebrates men.

The Divine Miss M comes to Vancouver with her Divine Intervention tour (Jun 2). That’s quite a move up for someone that started singing at the Continental Baths in New York City. This latest concert tour may hype her 2014 album It’s the Girls! but there are plenty of music from her songbook to keep even the most finicky gay man happy, although we’re hoping from some creative mash-ups. Miss Otis Regrets The Rose From a Distance anyone?
