Spend 69 seconds with producer, director and live events manager Terry Costa whose next project, 8 Reindeer Monologues, plays Lick Lounge on December 16 to 18, 2010.
01Your first job.
Milking cows (I grew up on an island).
02The job you wanted as a child.
Rodeo clown or a priest, and if that didn’t work out I wanted to be a doctor (only because I liked to inspect people’s bodies – ask my childhood neighbours).
My father, for letting me go at age 15.
04One thing no one knows about you (and you are willing to share).
Though I usually come across as a media whore, I do like my privacy – I would be a terrible superstar!
05Your biggest indulgence.
Food, I love food.
06The three things you would want with you on a deserted island.
I was raised on an almost deserted island … so, going to another one is not in my plans; but in case it happens I would take one pair of clean underwear (my mama always told me so, plus it could become a great flag), a floating device (experience taught me so, plus I get tired after a few minutes in the water), a knife (comes handy in many ways).
07Complete this sentence: I first kissed a boy …
… in grade nine, in the basement of my girlfriend – it was her brother. Yikes! It all turned out fine at the end. Well, if you saw my 69 Moments of Life show I talked a lot more about this…
08Favourite Vancouver reindeer.
I love them all equally, like a good parent…
09 One word your best friend would use to describe you.
10 The one thing any visitor to Vancouver simply cannot miss.
Take me out to one of our many great restaurants – an experience I guarantee satisfaction. Thinking of it, does not have to be just visitors!
