01Your first job.
The Gap.

02The job you wanted as a child.
Teacher (believe it or not. Before I realised I couldn’t deal with children).

03Your hero.

There was a promoter named Brent who I never met who passed away years ago but I’ve heard stories about him from people in town, managers, dj’s, bookers when I started and said I was from Vancouver. And I sort of look up to him even though I’ve never met him. I always think about if he was still around I would’ve wanted him to mentor me, and then my friend who knew him well told me that in a way he probably was. He created some of the biggest shows, and worked with the biggest names and did it for years.  I only got to experience one of his events (the last ski week he did, the first I went to) and it was incredible, I’ll never forget it. I still kind of work with that formula. He had everything there. I don’t even know what he looks like to be honest.

04Your biggest indulgence.
PIZZA!

05One thing no one knows about you (and you are willing to share).
I used to teach and do Croatian folk dancing!

06Complete this sentence: I first kissed a boy…
in the back of a car.

07The three things you would want with you on a deserted island.
Friends, food, and music.

08Favourite Vancouver restaurant.
Cactus Club, I’m a simple girl.

09 One word your best friend would use to describe you.
GAY!

10 The one thing any visitor to Vancouver simply cannot miss (besides one of your parties).
