October 3rd will mark the 30th Anniversary edition of the Rhinestone Phoenix Charity Foundation’s Mr and Ms Gay Vancouver pageant with their gala A Faerie Tale: The Drag Queen & I in the Crystal Ballroom at the Empire Landmark Hotel.
Mr. & Ms. Gay Vancouver XXIX, Brent WildeFyre & Jackie A Go-Go, invite you to join them for this pearl anniversary as they celebrate their reign and thirty years of community service from the Rhinestone Phoenix Charity Foundation.
Proceeds from the gala night will benefit organizations addressing youth homelessness including Covenant House and the Metro Vancouver Dream Centre Society.
The Foundation is also planning a number of other activities during what has become a four day event including the In Town Show on October 1st at Numbers with a show @ 10pm, an Out of Town Show happening the next night at 7pm at Pulse and the Victory Brunch on Sunday, October 4th at Speakeasy beginning at Noon. Entry to the In Town and Out of Town shows are by donation with the brunch priced at $20.
Tickets for the gala are $20 in advance available from Little Sisters (1238 Davie Street) and $25 at the door.
